Customer Service Manager

UberPrints is a growing custom apparel company located in Athens, GA, that is looking to hire an experienced leader for our Customer Service Department. The Customer Service Manager will work with a team of 15+ employees focused on effective communication with our customers and our other departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and timely. The ideal candidate for this position has years of management experience and takes ownership of their areas of responsibility, feels comfortable creating and implementing new processes and procedures, and is an effective communicator always focused on developing their team. While interacting directly with customers will happen occasionally, the primary role of the Customer Service Manager is to train, develop, and support their team in providing exceptional service while creating an extremely positive team culture. This role is required to be in-person, daily, at our office located in Athens, GA.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team of 15+ employees to give exceptional customer service
  • Focus on continually training and developing a great team of people
  • Create and implement processes and procedures that maximize the efficiency of the department while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Create and maintain a culture of positivity -- UberPrints is a fun place to work and we want our leaders to reflect that environment while still ensuring company goals are accomplished
  • Interviewing, training, scheduling, and managing employees
  • Evaluating the performance of team members and feeling comfortable giving clear and consistent feedback regularly
  • Empowering employees with conflict resolution skills.
  • Building and maintaining successful working relationships with other our other departments ( Art, Production, Procurement, Operations, Development, etc.) to ensure successful order deployment, product delivery, and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Must have at least two years or more experience overseeing a team of 10+ employees.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Experience creating and implementing processes and routines that increase efficiency
  • Proven leadership track record coaching and developing a team
  • Harbors a passion for exceptional service.
  • Comfortable giving feedback (both positive and constructive) to team members
  • Comfortable working on-site daily; there is zero remote work opportunities with this role
  • Comfortable working with autonomy – this position reports to the Director of Operations, but the day-to-day execution of the department is the responsibility of the Customer Service Manager
