Production Art Manager
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee our Production Art team in Athens, GA. You’ll need to have both excellent leadership skills and a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for scheduling, training, and all of the typical management tasks, but you’ll also need to be able to maintain flawless standards of quality in the art that we produce.

Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, interviewing, training, scheduling and managing employees
- Setting expectations and goals, while clearly communicating these to the team
- Evaluating performance of staff and enforcing policies/procedures
- Improving the quality and efficiency of our work by studying, evaluating and re-configuring processes
- Creating a culture of customer appreciation amongst staff - because without happy customers, what’s the point
Qualifications:
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- 5+ years of previous management experience preferred
- 5+ years of previous screenprint shop history preferred
- Extensive knowledge of the screen print separation process
- Strong leadership skills - including coaching, mentoring, and effectively handling conflict
- Recognition of the importance of continually improving the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of production processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bring out the best in others
- Self-motivated and confident in initiating and completing tasks from start to finish
- Comfortable providing feedback to employees and holding expectations high
