Q. What is digital printing?
A. Digital printing uses state of the art technology to print images directly to the garment using water based inks. Digital printing provides excellent image durability and wash fastness, and provides a soft, breathable image feel. This process is perfect for small orders requiring vibrant full color or photographic images or for printing single shirts for personal use.
Q. What are the advantages and disadvantages of digital printing?
A. The advantage of digital printing is that it provides the ability to print high quality full color or photographic images with no minimum quantity required for an order. Currently we only offer digital printing on a limited selection of shirts.
Screen Printing FAQ
Q. What is screen printing?
A. Screen printing is a stencil method of printmaking in which a design is imposed on a screen of silk or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance, and ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface. This method creates high quality printed apparel that can withstand years of wearing and washing.
Q. How is the price determined?
A. Pricing for screen printed apparel is determined by the quantity of items being ordered, the color of the garment, the number of locations on the garment being printed, and the number of colors in your artwork. Dark colored garments are generally more expensive than white or light colored ones.
Q. Can I see a sample before my order goes into production?
A. Our design studio allows you to see exactly how your finished garments will look. The studio allows you to see the size, color and placement of your logo or design on any product we offer before you place an order.
Printed samples are not available for custom screen print or embroidery orders due to the cost and time required to set up a job.
Embroidery FAQ
Q. What is embroidery?

Q. How is embroidery pricing determined?
A. Embroidery prices are determined by stitch-count of your digitized logo. Stitch-count is the actual number of stitches your logo requires to embroider it. Our online prices include up to 8000 stitches, which covers most logos. If your logo exceeds 8000 stitches, we
wil contact you to discuss any possible extra charges.
Q. What is the average turn around time for embroidered apparel?
A. Typical turn around time for custom embroidered apparel is 5-10 business days from the time your order is placed until the day it is shipped. This turn around time can vary depending on the size of your order and how much work is needed to prepare your artwork.
Q. What is a sew-out? Can I get one for my logo?
A. A sew-out is a sample of your embroidered logo sewn into a fabric swatch. On request, we will produce and mail you a sew-out for your approval before your order goes into production. Please keep in mind that requesting a sew-out may delay your order a few days.
