Hiring and Operations Coordinator
We are looking for an upbeat individual to oversee our recruiting, hiring, and operations processes. You will work closely with our department managers to gameplan staffing needs and projections. You will also play a key role in developing training materials that create consistency amongst roles/departments. Our ideal candidate is positive, energetic, adaptable, and enjoys interacting with people. We are looking for an individual with prior experience interviewing and hiring.

Requirements
Duties:
- Manage new hire life-cycle from start-to-finish including: recruitment, interviews, new hire orientation, onboarding, and retainment
- Work closely with department managers to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Create and implement streamlined processes that positively impact the organization, especially our people
- Ability to be flexible with changing daily job tasks that best support the operational needs of the business
- Assist in developing training materials that create consistency amongst roles/departments
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with recruitment, talent acquisition, career development, hiring, payroll/benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, willing to be a team player
- Willing to work on-site at our facilities near downtown Athens, GA
