Office and Project Manager

We’re looking for a talented individual to help us grow our Atlanta-based Business Development team. In this position, you’ll be filling the roles of both an Office Manager and a Project Manager.

Our Business Development team is fairly new to Atlanta and we’re looking for someone who can help us add talent to the team. You’ll be responsible for recruitment and basic management tasks. We’re actively looking for graphic designers, programmers, and marketing wizzes, so familiarity with those industries is a plus.

Along with recruiting talent, you'll also oversee the Project Management side of things. We’ve got a number of projects going at any given time, and you’ll be overseeing them from start to finish. This will mean formulating a clear roadmap and keeping everybody on-task to hit our deadlines.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Seek out and approach potential candidates for our Business Development office, including developers, marketers, designers, and other positions as assigned
  • Manage day-to-day projects
  • Oversee multiple projects from initial concept to final product by developing priorities & monitoring progress
  • Communicate project goals, deliverables, and timelines effectively to team members
  • Track milestones in project cycle and report to supervisors with progress updates, achievements, action items, risks, and issues
  • Work closely with the team to produce innovative products and experiences for our customers

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of previous management experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the development, design, and marketing job fields preferred
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus
  • Results driven with excellent problem-solving skills, detail work, and fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and confident in initiating and completing tasks from start to finish
  • Highly organized with the ability to set own goals as well as timetables for the team
  • The ability to keep the team on task and focused
  • Thrives in a leadership role and is effective at bringing out the best in others
