We are looking for an upbeat individual to aid in our recruiting and hiring process. You will be processing prospective candidates through the application process, schduling and conducting interviews and facilitating employee onboarding. Our ideal candidate is adaptable, energetic, and enjoys problem-solving. We are quickly growing, and want you to help us grow our team!

Requirements

Duties:

  • Manage new hire orientation, onboarding, and initial paperwork
  • Prepare and maintain job descriptions, process prospective candidate applications, and conduct pre-employment screenings
  • Schedule and conduct on-site interviews
  • Work with managers to maintain optimal staffing levels


Qualifications:

  • Experience with talent acquisition, career development, payroll, and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with e-commerce or warehouse production a plus
