  • How much does it cost to screen print a t-shirt?

    Screen printing is a more traditional t-shirt customization method in which each color in a design is separated and burned to individual fine-mesh screens. Ink is then transferred to the shirt through the screen. Since a different screen has to be burned for each color and location (front and back) in the design, the number of colors and print locations will affect the cost of your screen printed shirts. However, once the screens have been burned it does not cost much more to add shirts to the order which is why screen printing offers great bulk discounts. Teams, organizations and businesses usually opt for screen printing because it’s more cost-effective for printing large custom apparel orders.
